How to request license key for ChangefIT

Your instructions say to request a license key in my private forum, but I don't see it. Am I just overlooking it?

Welcome to the EcofIT Support Portal. No, it wasn't you - you just highlighted that my FAQ is not that clear. :o I've changed it to make it clearer. i.e. One can either request a private forum here (as you did) or send me a PM.

SOmething weird with that URL Kit.

Even though I'm logged in when I click the link I get "You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page."

should it be support.ECOFITONLINE.com or do you have a separate copy of VBUlletin on each domain?

I've setup domain redirects at my host provider so that whichever you enter: deskfit.net, changefit.com, xrefit.com, deployfit.com, you will end up at ecofitonline.com :)

Having said that, I believe that that message arises 'cos of a vBulletin bug.

Correction... it's not so much of a bug as rather using vB v4. The original post was made in 2009, I upgraded to vB4 in Dec 2009. The addressing is different (the thread title is included*)- I've now updated the url.

*This makes it easier to see what a thread is about when doing a search.
