Main changes in ChangefIT v2.15.
Duration UoM description displayed at Task Installation
IFS directories created in ChangefITTM directory
CHPF used as default to compile physical files. Allow option to use CRTPF if CHGPF fails
Added Logged by User field to Project Enquiry display
Enabled amendments to Compile option when amending a Task
Added Sundry Library 2 to the Environment Maintenance and all related applications
